GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS


• Terms and conditions detailed here govern the use of our website and all other applications and services owned and operated by M/s Green Holiday Tours.
• All correspondences in respect of Tours and Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s Green Holiday Tours only.
• All transactions you complete through us are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices as they exist at the time the transaction is done.
• You are responsible for all of your use of our software as well as for the use of your name and payment method (Eg: Corporate credit card, personal credit card or other approved methods) to pay for services purchased using our software or site.
• We are responsible for keep you informed of the status of your booking by sending you email and SMS text alerts.If you have any complaint in respect of the service provided by us, first contact us directly (by phone or email) to resolve it, within 24 hours. We are responsible to hear you for any disputes during our services.
• LAW & JURISDICTION: For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any services including Tours by Green Holiday Tours and third party products and tours, the courts and tribunals in ERNAKULAM DISTRICT,KERALA STATE, INDIA alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• If you have any questions or need any clarifications about the terms and conditions, please contact us prior to using this website for booking or other dealings.

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL

• The client will have to strictly follow the Tour Program. There shall be no refund, if the client fails to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or joins the group later or leaves the group before culmination of the tour. It shall be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility of the Client to reach the place of commencement of the Tour and register with the representative of Green Holiday Tours at the appointed place, date and time.
• In case where a client along with his family is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services.
• Even if a client is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking shall be treated as "no show" on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
• If a client avails pre - tour services or part thereof, or the air tickets (if booked under the offer) but fails to join the group for the main tour at the appointed place, or cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre - tour arrangements or part thereof, it shall be treated as "no show" and there will be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized pre tour or main tour services
• Green Holiday Tours reserves the right to withdraw tour membership of any client whose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers and Green Holiday Tours shall be under no liability to any such person.
• The Client has to agree and acknowledge that he/ she consents to participate in the excursion activities (boat rides, ferry rides, snorkeling etc. which is included in the tour) without any obligation from the Green Holiday Tours. Client has to confirm that he/she is medically fit to participate in all activities involved in excursion activities & fully accept personal responsibility for safety.
• Green Holiday Tours shall not be liable for any physical injury or loss of life caused to the Client due to such participation.
• Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalised. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for the safety and wellbeing of our esteemed passengers.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

• We provide the customer the option of paying for the booking by cash or by credit/debit card. The payment methods available are clearly displayed in the software before you submit the request. For cash bookings, the fare must be paid directly to our company Green Holiday Tours.
• 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount should be paid before commencement of your tour. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Seasonal charges and terms may vary.
• Green Holiday Tours management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
• Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.
• If you require amendments of confirmed booking, please contact Green Holiday Tours office directly or through our website’s 24x7 chat window or helpline number. The confirmation will contain all the relevant details, including the tour package, location brief, climate, hotel details,destination & sightseeing brief, vehicle details with driver's phone number and details.
• Tour price includes-Accommodation at the hotels mentioned or similar. Meals, Coach Tours, transfers, entrance fees, sightseeing and surface transportation as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Tour price does not include- Government service taxes. Porter charges at hotels, airport and railway station, tips, insurance, laundry, beverages, telephone charges and all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming a part of the group menus.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

Cancellations can be made either via our software or by making a call directly to our concerned executive or to our office. In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any reason we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

PLEASE NOTE
Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR TENDER
1.Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
2.Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
3.Flight tickets cancellations will follow the Airlines companies’ policies.
• In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund. CHANGE FROM ONE TOUR TO ANOTHER
• A transfer from one tour to another prior to the departure of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation of the original tour and would attract the cancellation charges as stated hereunder and a fresh booking would have to be made at the prevalent rates.

OUR LIMITATIONS

Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra. Green Holiday Tours act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
• All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general wellbeing.
• Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
• We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage's, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
• We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements on their own. All baggage & personal properties at all times are at the client's risk.

ONLINE BOOKINGS- KINDLY NOTE

BOOKINGS- It is your responsibility to ensure that your details are correct for online bookings. Your booking is not confirmed until you see the confirmation screen on the Website.
PAYMENT- If booking with the "Pay by Card" option, you agree to pay the Fare at the time you make Your Booking. If booking with the "Pay by Cash" option, you agree to pay the fare to the Green Holiday Tours with proper receipt/voucher provided by company.
